We use receipt scanning software to scan your invoices into your accounts system - no more searching through lever arch files to locate an invoice - a pdf image of your invoice is available on your pc, mobile or tablet.  The data from each invoice is extracted - and analysed providing accurate project reporting, a real time VAT liability, up to date Accounts Payable due and in year profit and loss reporting.

Further to your purchase invoices, your bank send a feed directly to your Cloud Accounting software.  Payments are matched to invoices and all transactions analysed.  This reduces missed expense claims, missed VAT reclaims and over payments.
